Ayra — Video Player for Kids
Effective: February 1, 2026Ayra is designed with your family's privacy as the top priority. This policy explains what data we collect (spoiler: none) and how the app works.
We do not collect any personal data. Ayra has:
When you add local videos, they are accessed directly on your device. Ayra does not upload, copy, or transmit your files anywhere. All playlist data, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device only.
Ayra allows you to import YouTube playlists via RSS feeds. When YouTube videos are played, content is loaded from YouTube's servers. This means:
Ayra is designed for use by parents and children together. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by not collecting any personal information from anyone, including children under 13. There are no accounts, no tracking, and no data transmission of any kind from our app.
Ayra does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics services, crash reporters, or ad networks. The only external service interaction is loading YouTube content when you choose to play YouTube videos.
All app data (playlists, settings, unlock preferences) is stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, all data is removed. We never have access to this data.
If we update this policy, we will post the revised version here with an updated effective date. Since we don't collect contact information, we encourage you to check this page periodically.
